3. Customers agree that Alan Morpeth has introduced them to nominated businesses, and they will not affect in any way the payment of commission to the Agent. They also agree that any further businesses requested are subject to these conditions.
4. In the event that a customer buys a business that the Agent has introduced (via the website or other means), they undertake to make all deposit funds payable to the appropriate LINK Business office's Trust Account.
5. Should a customer request the Agent to provide or research details on any other business for which an agency agreement has not yet been signed, then they will ensure that the purchase price includes the Agent's commission at a figure agreed between the Agent and the vendor. Otherwise, they will not proceed with the purchase.
6. If a customer approaches and purchases a business introduced to them through the website without using the Agent, they agree to pay the Agent the commission otherwise due to it by the Vendor. All businesses viewed on the site are matched to registered purchasers/vendors.
